Menno Families,

Student Led Conferences are meant to be a celebration of your child's accomplishments, as well as a goal setting session for areas of improvement, that you, your child, and their teacher can go through together. We ask that you bring your children to these conferences, and that they sit in with you while you talk to their teachers.

ALL families (Kindergarten through Grade 9) will be required to schedule an interview time ONLINE via Conference Manager if they wish to meet with a teacher. We will no longer be scheduling times at the office or accepting parents on a drop in basis.

If your child is in Kindergarten through Grade 4: Student Led Conferences will take place in your child's homeroom. These conferences will be held in fifteen minute intervals.

If your child is in Grade 5 or 6: Student Led Conferences will take place between Mr. Colgan and Mrs. Wallin’s room. These conferences will be held in fifteen minute intervals.

If your child is in Grade 7 through Grade 9: all Jr. High teachers will be available in their rooms to host a Student Led Conferences pertaining to the classes they teach. You will need to make an appointment with each teacher you would like to see. These conferences will be held in ten minutes intervals.

If you would like to make an appointment to speak with Mr. Knafla or Ms. Brown in their administrative capacities please indicate that in the comment section of the conference booking.
